Intellectual Property 5.1 Platform Ownership All Platform content (games, software, logos, tournament rules, graphics) is owned by acerbic.top or its licensors, protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute content without explicit written permission. 5.2 User-Generated Content (UGC) You retain ownership of UGC (e.g., forum posts, tournament highlights). By posting UGC, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote the content for competitive gaming purposes (e.g., tournament recaps, community highlights). You warrant UGC does not infringe third-party rights. 6. Service Availability We strive for 99.9% uptime during tournaments but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
